Description:

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company and a global leader in digital product engineering, is recruiting a QA Automation and Manual Analyst. This hybrid testing role balances traditional functional verification with cutting-edge AI-driven QA workflows. You will collaborate across an onsite-offshore model to design and execute comprehensive test plans, build automated regression suites using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber BDD frameworks, and lead client-facing demos. Crucially, this modern role focuses heavily on leveraging generative AI tools, prompt engineering for test automation, and interacting with LLMs and vector databases to scale testing workflows.

Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of specialized software quality assurance experience spanning both manual product verification and robust automation engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and writing test scripts using Java, Selenium with Page Object Model (POM), and Cucumber for Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Proficiency in utilizing modern AI tools to accelerate code generation, alongside specific skills in prompt engineering to automatically draft test logic, and an understanding of LLMs or vector databases.
• Complete mastery of white box and black box concepts, building detailed test plans, conducting strict regression suites, and writing technical bug logs.
• Comfort deploying and managing builds within automated pipelines inside an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
• Strong troubleshooting mechanics, excellent spoken English to run product demonstrations for enterprise clients, and solid cross-functional collaboration.
• Baseline exposure to performance testing or application security testing architectures.
